

John Isolda has been involved in the vehicle repair industry for over 20 years. His current business, Isolda Repairs is located in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire and has experienced rapid growth since its inception in 2004.
Currently located in a modern 12,000 sq ft facility with all the latest bodyshop technology, the business now employs some 16 highly trained staff and run with 2 fully functional spraybooth’s with the capability of completing 25–30 vehicles per week.
John has utilised his extensive knowledge and experience of the industry to specialise in providing accident damage repairs to corporate fleets and accident management companies. As a result Isolda Repairs now boast many prestigious and well-known customers such as Tesco's Fleet, ADT and Glaxo Smith Klein. In addition, Isolda Repairs are also happy to carry out repair work to the same demanding standards for insurance companies and individuals.
At Isolda Repairs we do everything possible to preserve the environment using water based paint systems and appropriate disposal of consumables.
Isolda Repairs refinish every vehicle using Lechler Coatings range of products. As a result, we became the UK’s first Eco Identity partner.
Isolda Repairs are currently in the process of achieving PAS 125 the British Standard kite mark and hope to have full accreditation late 2008/early 2009.
Isolda Repairs believe in supporting local businesses where possible. We currently sponsor Cheshunt Rugby Club and Paul Taylor of Taylor Heating, who has been racing in the Volkswagen Racing Cup 2008 in the car below.

Significant investment has been made in equipment and technology to enable us to carry out complex repairs with the latest body jigs, inverter welders and infra-red ovens.
After evaluating several IT systems, John chose to implement the AutoManagement system from Concorde Informatics based in Brighouse, West Yorkshire. Concorde is one of the UK's leading developers and suppliers of IT solutions to the vehicle repair industry. With over 10 years experience of bodyshop software, their AutoManagement and AutoClaims products are recognised market leaders.
All employees now use the system for input and getting up to date answers on current and pending work. The system also allows full job scheduling, parts ordering, parts management and tracking and provides comprehensive reporting on the status of every job, current and pending.
